Firsthand, I want to state that I have extensive tax accounting experience with major firms and also with financial work as a Dun & Bradstreet
reporter, a bank office manager, and as a Registered Investment Advisor. As I am not a CPA, I cannot say I am an accountant but will state
that my accounting experience comes from General Accounting and Payroll with a major construction firm, General Accounting with an engineering
firm, Division Controller for a conglomerate manufacturing firm and several years part-time auditing government grants for a local CPA.
My accounting-business education was with Northeastern University, Pasadena City College and CSULA. Accounting tax services.
Thus, after buying a small bookkeeping practice in 1974 and another in 1975 and passing the Enrolled Agent exams, I have been self-employed ever
since. I found investment advisors to my clients employing abusive and illegal practices and in 1990 obtained NASD series 7, 24, and 63 licenses,
along with California insurance licenses for securities, casualty/fire, and life/disability. I shrunk the practice from 20 employees to provide
better service to my clients and simultaneously managed a securities branch as a Branch Manager/Office of Supervision Jurisdiction.
At this time I maintain a select practice out of my large residence-office. We do write-up work for many corporations to whom we provide accurate
monthly financial statements and tax accounting returns year around. I still have many of my original tax and corporate clients from up to 30 years ago and
excel in tax problems for new clients. My ultimate goal with this website is to invite new clients to my practice and maintain our relationship
for years to come.
